Flossing removes the plaque that is stuck between the teeth. Unless there is huge gap between two adjacent teeth, it is impossible for the toothbrush bristles to reach the spaces between the teeth. You can floss your teeth just before or after brushing before going to bed. Be gentle when flossing the teeth so that you don’t cause injuries to your gums. You may bleed at first but the bleeding will eventually stop with time.
