An alcohol free mouthwash containing fluoride can prevent tooth decay. However, you should not use your mouth wash immediately after brushing. You should choose a separate time, such as after breakfast to use mouthwash. Do not eat or drink anything after using your mouthwash for at least 30 minutes.
